Glutinatus has held a minority interest in a small, highly profitable operator in the production and sale of active ingredients for the pharmaceutical industry.  The Company has a manufacturing facility in Italy and sells a wide product range to almost 500 clients in more than 60 countries.  Focus on market niches and lean, efficient multi-product plants have allowed the Company to quickly grow to over €38 million in sales in 2007 while preserving strong margins.  The Company has been able to constantly improve its competitive positioning through significant investments in R&D and quality control.
Synergo successfully divested its stake in Glutinatus in late 2007 through a trade sale.

Led by the founder, Mr. Serrani, Allsystem provides security service solutions to the corporate and residential markets through high-tech security systems and specialized guards.  The Group operates, with over 1,800 employees, in Aosta Valley, Lombardy and Piedmont (representing 30% of the Italian market’s value).  Allsystem's strategy is focused on external growth and service diversification, with the aim of consolidating the Group’s leadership position in the market.
In 2008 the Group has achieved revenues in excess of €90 million.
In 2008 Synergo reached an agreement to sell its stake in the Company.

Arquati is the Italian leader in the manufacturing and distribution of awnings, blinds and curtains.  Parà, a leading European awning fabrics manufacturer, and the Private Equity fund MPS Ventures co-invested in the transaction alongside the Fund.  Mr. Ferrando has led the Company's restructuring. 
In 2008 the Group generated revenues of approximately €40 million.
In 2009 Synergo exited the investment through a sale to local industrial entrepreneurs.

Air Italy is an airline currently focused on the charter market segment, with long-range (Kenya, Zanzibar, Mauritius, Maldives, Brasil, Mexico) and medium-range destinations (mainly in the Mediterranean area).  In 2007, the Company has successfully started new scheduled domestic flights from Verona, Turin and Naples, served with dedicated airplanes.  Mr. Giuseppe Gentile, our partner and former Air Europe’s managing director, has founded the Company in 2005 and has a 40+ years experience in the airline sector both as a pilot and as a successful entrepreneur.
In 2009 Air Italy had revenues above €200 million and over one million passengers.  Synergo has successfully divested through the sale to strategic investors in September 2010.
