Complaint management

In accordance with the Regulation on the organization and procedures of intermediaries providing investment services (“Regolamento Congiunto” issued on October 29, 2007 – art. 17), Synergo SGR has established, among others, the Compliance Function.

Any complaints relating to the services provided by the SGR should be sent, with any relevant related documentation, by registered mail or by fax or e-mail to the Compliance Function at:

Within 90 days from the date of receipt, Synergo will acknowledge the complaints, informing the customer of the outcome of investigations to the address he indicated in the complaint.
